We want directory information to be useful and current

Business details can change. Phone numbers, websites, service areas, ownership and services offered may be updated after a profile was originally researched.

How to request a correction

Use the Contact page or Claim a Listing form and identify the business profile concerned. Explain what should be changed and, where possible, provide a current website or other evidence that supports the correction.

What we review

We may check the supplied information against the business website, public business information or previous directory records before updating a profile. We may decline unsupported promotional claims or information that cannot reasonably be verified.

Reviews and rating snapshots

Public rating references can change over time. Directory reviews submitted directly to this site are separate from third-party rating snapshots.

Urgent issues

If a listing contains a serious factual error, an invalid contact route or information that should no longer be public, contact us and clearly mark the request as a correction.
